Zhiyou pancake, meaning “pancake baked with fat” in Chinese, is a very famous food in Lingbao, which is a delicate food with flour, fat, salt, and alkali as its main ingredients. It is oval with spiral striations one in another. Being brown, crispy and shining on the outside, it has layers like pieces of thin paper inside, with a pleasant aroma.
