Just as its name implies, Tying up Stories means the actors use the art of “tying up” to portray dominating characters of a drama story and make the images life-like. It is a kind of art in upper air. The characters in the scenario will be wrapped and then tied up to an iron rod which is four meters in height and 14 centimeters in perimeter. And then the iron rod is inserted in a colorized case whose length, width and height are all one meter. And then eight strong men will lift the case to walk along the street and make performances. The actors are at least 1.5 meters above the ground, and some ones can be even five meters above the ground. All the actors are virgin boys and virgin maids. The requirement for them is very high. They must be courageous, have good appearances in costume, and in addition, they must have good performing competence and the ability of handling disruptive incidents in the air.
