Shaanxi green tea is produced in Ziyang, Xixiang,
Ankang, Langao and Hanyin in the Southern part of Shaanxi Province.
Apart from caffeine and alkali, the tea also contains some trace
elements that are essential to human health. Among these elements,
selenium is the most in quantity, so the tea is also called
"selenium-abundant tea".
