Junshan Silver Needle Tea
DATE:21-07-2011
It originated in Tang Dynasty, and became a tribute tea
during Qing Dynasty. This tea has golden color, with uniform and orderly
leaves, like silver velvet densely attached, and refreshing flavor. The
tea not only tastes good, but also an ornamental tea. When pouring hot
water on the tea in the glass, its tip will turn upward, keeping
suspended in the cup upright, followed by ups and downs. The scene is
like bristling bayonets; or bamboo shoots coming out of earth, which
would be considered a wonderful phenomenon. In 1957, it was rated as one
of the top ten teas.
