Jing’s Sesame Slices, a traditional famous delicacy in the
county of
Yucheng, was created by the ancestors of
Jing Lianhe, the seventh generation of the family since the snack was
firstly produced. According to the “The Annals of Yucheng County”,
Jing’s Sesame Slices were once given the honor to be tribute given to
Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty.
It
is famous for its selected materials, as well as delicate production.
Its ingredients include high-quality flour, sesame oil, and white sugar.
Bright and transparent, fragrant and sweet, crisp and tasty, it is
suitable for both the young and elderly. In 1984, it was appraised as a
quality product of the
Henan province by the Light Industry Department of Henan.
