        Xinyang salted duck, cooked using the local fat duck, looks like a peach. The flesh tastes tender with pleasing color. Each of them weighs 600 to 800 grams. They are very popular in Hong Kong, Japan and Southeast Asia. According to Li Jinji, the general manager of Hong Kong Jiulong Zhiqiang Trade Company, the comment of Hong Kong people made on the ducks is: “Xinyang salted duck is attractive in appearance, tender in flesh, fragrant in smell, and neither too salty nor too light.”
