D1: Leave for Shaolin temple, Henan province
The morning----Setting off Zhengzhou after breakfast with 1.5 hours
on the way, tourists are to arrive at Shaolin Temple Scenic area, the
original place of Shaolin Wushu. The scenic spot includes Shaolin
Temple, the ancestral hall of a Chinese version of Buddhism known as
Chanzong, the Pagoda Forest—the national important historical relics

Grottoes, one of the three greatest repositories of Buddhist art in
China. It also is the peak of Chinese stone-carving art, which also
reflects the political and economic background of ancient dynasties in
China.
