Ganchangshun Noodle Restaurant


The restaurant was established by Gan Changlin from Miluo in 1883 in Yaowang Street. The name of the restaurant "Ganchangshun" carries the meaning of "long-lasting and smooth operation". Crab yolk noodle and fungus noodle were invented in this restaurant and then was popular in the whole city. The restaurant wins clients with well-cooked food, which is reflected by the board hanging at the gate. The restaurant serves high, medium and ordinary levels of over 30 dishes, including noodles with sauce, noodles with three kinds of delicacies, noodles with stewed chicken, noodles with fungus and noodles with mutton.
