Qujing, Origin Of Pearl River And Cuan Culture

Located in Northeast Yunnan, about 130 kilometers away from Kunming, Qujing 
has been regarded as the key link between Yunnan and Guizhou for its manifold 
geomorphologic features and unique ethnic customs. Visitors get opportunity to
 appreciate the unique languages, costumes, customs, and beliefs of such minorities 
as Yi, Zhuang, Miao and Yao etc.
Being the origin of ancient Cuan Culture, Qujing has various places of interest
 including the Waterhead of Zhu River (the Pearl River) in Zhanyi, Duoyi River in
 Luoping, the Nine Dragon Waterfalls Cluster in Luoping, Colorful Sand Forest in
 Luliang and Huize Ancient Town etc.
