Karst Geological Museum Of The Stone Forest
Established in 2008, the Karst Geological
Museum is situated in the Stone Forest Scenic Attraction in
Southeastern Kunming. The exhibition hall of the museum covers 400
square meters and has housed 1,200 items that are highlighted by fossils
discovered in the Stone Forest area. Combining nature, science and art,
the Geological Museum uses rich contents and multiple ways to
concentrate on evolution of the Stone Forest whose history can date back
to millions of years ago.
