Stir-fried Sanbuzhan (literally meaning, to not stick to pans, plates or chopsticks)

Stir-fried Sanbuzhan (literally meaning, to not stick to pans, plates or chopsticks)

Stir-fried Sanbuzhan ranks foremost in the competition for the provincial leading specialties, and is a magic flower in the garden of Henan cuisine.
The stir-fried Sanbuzhan is made by stir-frying egg yolk with sweet-scented osmanthus candy, sugar, flour of sweet potato and superior lard. Excellent in color, smell, taste and appearance, it tastes delicious and is soft and sweet, but not greasy.
