Golden Coin Baked Sesame Pancake
The
pancake is so named because of its resemblance to coins in color and
shape. There are many varieties of filling, such as chopped vegetables,
minced meat, mashed hawthorns or dates, white or brown sugar, etc. And
the shapes vary from the round to oval. Besides being white with a red
blush, fresh taste, pleasing shape, the main features of the pancake
with vegetable fillings are that it tastes crispy when it is hot and
tender when cold, and no matter how long it is set aside, instead of
