Crisp fried chicken


     Another well-known food in this area is crisp fried chicken, which is popular with customers everywhere. The process is rather complicated. Firstly, you should prepare one butchered chicken (about 750g) and add some refined salt and monosodium glutamate to it. Two hours later, the chicken should be steamed with some cinnamon, ferula, shallot and ginger. After it is well steamed, keep the chicken cool before you wrap it with the paste of egg white and starch. Then it should be fried in oil. Finally, the chicken is laid on a plate with some fried shrimps placed around it.
