Preparing tea in a pottery pot
Tea leaves are at first baked in a pottery pot on a fire pit. When the tea gives out scent,
water is added into the pot to make tea. Preparing tea in this way has been carried on
till today, and remains a rare part of the tea culture in Yunnan province and even China.
