Almond Tea
Almond Tea was spread to the folk from the imperial palace.
Refined almond powder is chosen as the material and is steeped in hot
water that is cooked in a copper kettle decorated with a dragon and a
phoenix. The other materials are almonds, peanuts, sesame, roses,
osmanthus, raisins, Chinese wolfberries, cherries, white sugar, etc. The
tea is colorful, aromatic, and good for health. Almond Tea of Kaifeng
won wide praise when exhibited in Singapore.
