Yulu Earth Crevice Of Huize

The Earth Crevice is located in Yulu Township, about 60 kilometers southeast of Huize county seat, Qujing Municipality. The 10-kilometers long Earth Crevice results from the crustal movement over 100 million years ago. The scenic area consists of the Great Thinker, the Golden Buddha Cave and the Sleeping Beauty, etc., presenting grotesque, precipitous, beautiful and secluded views. The Earth Crevice was formed by the dropping lava about ten thousand years ago, with the widest place being over 20 meters, the narrowest being 1.6 meters and the highest being 486 meters.
