Cuan Longyan Stele

Cuan Longyan Stele, situated and housed in Luliang County (Qijing Municipality), is also known as the “Major Cuan Stele”. Basically inscribed in the Kai Shu calligraphy, the inscription obviously retains features of Li Shu style, and the bold calligraphy showed structural changes. For these reasons, the stele has won favor of noted inscribers and calligraphers. The stele has also been listed as a key historic relic for nation-level protection.
