The 2013 China International Travel Mart (CITM) will be staged in October 24-27 in Kunming of Yunnan. According to Yunnan Provincial Tourism Administration, preparation of the gala is in smooth progress.
It is learnt that the program of CITM has been streamlined to include seven events, namely the news conference, the delegation leaders' meeting, the symposium on marketing of China’s international tourism brands, the opening ceremony, the symposium on marketing and cooperation in an era of smart tourism, the 1st China Yunnan International Automobile Camp, and the summary meeting.
As planned, this will be the largest session of CITM involving more than 100 participating countries/regions, 66 foreign VIPs, and 1110 overseas buyers. It will also be highlighted by the opening of the camp assembling 500 enthusiasts in the Stone Forest Scenic Area, as well as the exhibition on automobiles and equipments for campers.
